■ Removing and installing the memory card
Your phone comes with a 64 MB pre-installed and ready-to-use memory card.

Keep all memory cards out of the reach of small children.
1. Make sure the phone is switched off.
2. With the back of the phone facing you, slide open the cover and remove the
battery. See step 1 in
Installing the SIM card and the battery
on page
29
.
3. To remove the memory card, press the memory card release button (1) and lift
off the card (2). Be careful not to scratch the golden contacts of the card.
To install the memory card, gently press the
memory card into its place (3) while pressing
and holding the memory card release button
(4). Make sure that the gold contacts of the
card are facing down.
4. When you have secured the card in place,
replace the battery and then replace the
cover by sliding it back into place. See the
